About Karrington
Education
I completed my degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Public Relations and Advertising from Midwestern State University. I focused on written communication, digital marketing and branding during my studies. I also gained PR and planning experience through my sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Professional Experience
I have worked at UT Dallas for two years as a marketing and social media specialist. During my time there, I managed social media campaigns, created email marketing campaigns, and assisted in copywriting efforts. I also collaborated with designers and project managers to create engaging content for the university's Alumni and Annual Giving department.
